Life\Work Design Program – This comprehensive five-day small group course is accompanied by five to 30 hours of individual coaching, depending on the desires and needs of the individual participant. Courses are offered monthly in one or more of the following locations: New York, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, the UK and the Netherlands. Post-course individual coaching is carried on by telephone, e-mail or other forms of correspondence as well as in person.  Click here for course schedule

Individual Coaching – For those who may not be able to participate in a course immediately individual coaching may start at any time and is applied to short term or long term needs such as:

• preparing for performance appraisal or a project opportunity,

•  transition within or out of an organization,

• business planning,

• choosing partners,

• raising investment capital,

• locating new markets,

• starting and/or running a business.

Life\Work Design As An Alternative To Traditional Outplacement – A service offered by employers to employees who wish to view termination as an opportunity to restructure life and work in more satisfying ways. It may be on a group or individual basis and may take the form of a five, three or one-day course with follow-up coaching. Contact us regarding your specific needs.

Resource Network – The Crystal-Barkley Corporation maintains listings of the expertise or experience of individual clients that may be useful to other clients investigating a certain subject area.  Clients find the availability of this network listing extremely useful as it provides easy access to initial information when launching a survey.  In order to make use of the resource network, Crystal-Barkley asks that the users also be willing to share their expertise with other clients.

Books - How To Help Your Child Land The Right Job (without being a pain in the neck) and The Crystal-Barkley Guide To Taking Charge Of Your Career are thorough introductions to the process used at Crystal-Barkley and are written so as to make their principles highly accessible to the reader.
