Management Matching - These programs establish a model for employee selection and promotion which greatly enhances such decision-making. They also bring Life\Work Design into organizations in such a way that the focus is on organizational needs.  Issues impacted are:

Life\Work Design As An Alternative To Traditional Outplacement - A service offered by employers to employees who wish to view termination as an opportunity to restructure life and work in more satisfying ways.
It may be on a group or individual basis. Five-day scheduled courses are offered monthly in one or more of the following locations: New York, Atlanta, Chicago,
Los Angeles, the UK and the Netherlands. Five, three and one-day versions may be tailored for organizations at a site of their choosing. Post-course individual coaching
is carried on by telephone, e-mail or other forms of correspondence as well as in person.  Click here for course schedules.           

Corporate Coaching - Coaching for key employees may be secured on one of two bases:

  • As follow up to a Life\Work Design group program in order to assist these
    individuals in putting plans into action.  This insures that the group program will
    have positive, measurable results for the sponsoring organization and not have been simply an interesting exercise.  Such
    coaching also helps the individuals' implemented plans to be viable and practical for all involved.  

  • Coaching or "mentoring" may occur independently of Life\Work Design group
    programs.  This coaching provides employees with an informed, independent sounding board for resolving their work related
    issues and assisting them to make and implement organizationally sensible action steps applied to short term or long term needs
    such as:
    • preparing for a performance appraisal or a project opportunity
    • transition within or out of an organization
    • business planning
    • choosing partners
    • raising investment capital
    • locating new markets
    • starting and/or running a business

    Speeches, Seminars and Workshops - A service oriented to organizations' specific needs or interests. These are offered frequently to professional associations, business, government, colleges, universities and their alumni associations, arts and religious groups. 

    Books - How To Help Your Child Land The Right Job (without being a pain in the neck) and The Crystal-Barkley Guide To Taking
    Charge Of Your Career
    may be attractive corporate gifts for clients or employees or, in certain cases, may be used to complement
    individual coaching.  These both contain helpful tips on planning a useful, fulfilling career and contain many illustrations of how the Life\Work Design process has been used in different individuals' lives.
